Welcome to Trafft, your all-in-one appointment scheduling solution! This comprehensive guide is designed to help both new users and those who are just starting to use the app get up and running quickly.

For New Users, currently exploring Trafft:

1. Sign Up and Log In:

  • Begin by navigating to Bookablesites and creating a new account.
  • Following enrollment, Bookablesites will automatically sign you into your dashboard.

2. Set Up Your Profile:

  • After your initial sign-in, fill out your profile details.
  • Go to setting to personalize your company information, such as your company name, brand logo, operating hours, and contact details.

3. Configure Services:

  • In the Services section, establish the different services you provide to your customers.
  • Add service details such as name, duration, price, description, and any additional extras or add-ons.

4. Add Employees:

  • Head to Employees to add your team members to Bookablesites.
  • Allocate particular services to each staff member according to their skills and schedule availability.

5. Customize Your Booking Page:

  • The Booking Page is where your customers will book their appointments.
  • Customize your online scheduling page by selecting colors, adding images, and configuring booking guidelines and policies through the Customize section.

6. Front-End Booking for Clients:

  • Customers can now access your personalized reservation page to effortlessly book appointments.
  • They choose their preferred service, desired staff member, and suitable date and time for the appointment.

7. Back-End Booking for Admins/Employees:

  • As an admin or employee, you can schedule appointments from the backend system.
  • Navigate to the Appointments or Calendar section and click on “+ Add Appointment” to complete the required information.

For Existing Users (Just Started Using the App):

1. Review Your Setup:

  • Sign in to your Bookablesites account to examine your current configuration.
  • Ensure your profile details, services, and employee assignments are accurate and up to date.

2. Manage Appointments:

  • Utilize the Appointments section to efficiently manage all your scheduled appointments.
  • Conveniently view, modify, and remove appointments as required.
  • Apply filters and search options to rapidly locate particular appointments.

3. Group Appointments:

  • Enable the Group Booking feature for services that accommodate multiple customers per appointment.
  • The “+X” symbol beside a client’s name displays the count of extra participants in a group appointment.
  • For services that permit clients to bring guests, check the complete number in the appointment information.

4. Advanced Features:

  • Discover extra functionalities including custom fields, discount coupons, and recurring appointments.
  • Access the “Three Dots” menu in appointments to utilize options such as editing, duplicating, viewing activity logs, or deleting appointments.

5. User Roles and Permissions:

  • Learn about the various user roles in Bookablesites: Admin, Superadmin, and Employee.
  • Admins and superadmins have full access to appointments, services, and customer information.
  • Employees can only view and manage appointments assigned to them, ensuring privacy and organization.

6. Exporting Data:

  • Export your appointment data for documentation or evaluation purposes.
  • Choose Export Data to select the preferred delimiter and columns for the exported CSV file.
  • Appointments will be exported according to the chosen date range.

7. Custom Roles (Optional):

  • For enhanced management of user permissions, create custom roles in Settings -> Users & Roles.
  • Customize roles to grant specific capabilities, such as viewing all appointments, employees, customers, services, and locations.
